How do I place an order?

Select an item from the catalog, choose the desired size, and click the Add to Card button. To confirm the order, enter your delivery address.

 

Can I return the goods?

Yes, within 14 days after the purchase, the item hasn’t been used, is in the perfect condition, includes all tags, labels, extra accessories, and the most important - the package is intact. Expenses for shipping within Ukraine via Nova Poshta company are laid upon us. International shipping costs are covered by the buyer. More in Payment, Shipping,  and Returns.

 

Can I exchange an item? What if the size doesn’t fit?

Within 14 days after the purchase you have an opportunity to exchange an item for the similar one, but of a different size on condition that you haven’t used the item and that there is a necessary size in stock. In order to do that, contact us on info@theothercolours.com, describe the item you want to exchange in detail (item name, color, size) and the size you would like to exchange for. We will definitely contact you within 48 hours and help you to solve the problem.
